Education is one of the most hotly debated issues in the state year after year. From public K-12 education to new innovative options, where do Tennesseans stand on the state of education?
In 2025, Tennessee implemented the Education Freedom Scholarship program, providing 20,000 students the opportunity for an education that best fits their specific needs.
There was one BIG problem in 2025, though—over 42,000 students applied for only 20,000 scholarships. And this year, over 50,000 students have already applied!
Now, Tennesseans are asking the legislature to increase the number of scholarships to meet demand, so that EVERY student who wants the opportunity for a life-changing education can have it!
Will you stand up for students by taking 30 seconds to send lawmakers a message? It’s time to come together—for every parent and every student.
